I see you using your hands on your thigh's pushing off to aid your legs but why not use walking (aid) sticks instead? When I see people without them I always think but why to my self. You avoid leg cramps and have better balance - its a win-win with no negatives apart from the small extra weight (its worth its weight)

Wow, that is a fantastic story. I did this trek in 1987 and I’m blown away how developed that region is now. They didn’t have electricity back then and glass windows were rare! Luka Air strip was unsealed and basically just a dirt strip. For the planes that didn’t make it they dragged them to the side of the strip. Very confronting when waiting your turn to fly out. Good to see the locals are benefiting from the tourism dollars. Those mountains, how special was it to walk amongst them, very humbling. Thanks again for creating the content.

Thank you Kraig for a trip down memory lane. And they are very very fond memories indeed. I reached the EBC back in 2012, and have been itching to head back there. I have yet to relive the peace and tranquility I'd experienced whilst trekking the Nepalese mountainside; there is indeed a strong spirituality that one cannot help but feel enveloped by. I miss Nepal so much. On another note kudos to you for having enough gas to keep going back and forth to place your camera, get the shot, then go back to retrieve the camera. Especially at altitude above 4000m, where every step takes so much efforts. 😫

For a Nepali who hasn't had a chance to take (basically) any trip in these kinda places in Nepal because of family responsibilities and duty calls abroad, this is like an early Christmas gift! Almost teared up watching those drone footage in the beginning. I absolutely loved your video of Mardi Himal trek and thoroughly enjoyed this one as well! Your silent videos are unparalleled. Cannot wait for another video where you discuss the cost, preparation guidance, and cool background stories of this trek.

It's not just vlog, It's piece of art. The efforts this guy puts to take every shot like placing the tripod then climbing up then again climbing down to take the camera back just for a single shot is incredible. The best part about this video is that it has no music in it but pure surrounding sound. The sound transition in every shot is just next level. The major thing that makes him different from other vloggers is that he makes vlogs about the place not him acting like a tourist, he was in the moment and didn't even care about taking a picture with the base camp stone that he tracked miles for he was insted enjoying the view alone. Love and Respect from India🇮🇳
