Excellent vid man, the filming and editing. It's all too easy to vlog a trip like with a gopro in hand, especially not wanting to hold up the group, but you put in the extra effort (e.g. 5:24) and it showed

Just watched the video Alec, thanks for the shout-out! Doug and I canoe camped on Great Mountain Lake and paddled up to that gem Little Mountain Lake, magical spot and you did a great job capturing that feel on your video. The hike was a work-out for you and the gang but obviously worth the scenery and vistas. Beautiful sunset shot, blue lakes, Georgian Bay in the distance, you are going to make everyone a fan of Killarney! Keep filming your trips for us 'arm chair adventurers'. Good for the spirit and for the soul.

Hiking is a great way to see Killarney and I wouldn't mind hiking this trail again in summer. Happy to share!

What an awesome video! The fact you took the time to take us along is greatly appreciated! I was floored by some of the scenery you were filming. I definitely appreciate what it took to film that hike. Climbing those rocks had to be hard on the body but it definitely was worth what you got to film. subscribing to your channel has been one of my best decisions! Your videos just keep getting better! Thanks for the effort and I look forward to your next adventure! Rick From Virginia

Nice hike Alec, how many times did you have to tell tell your friends that's it's OK to just walk by the camera without waving.

It takes some time to get used to a camera filming you and I understand that. I was happy that they didn't mind me filming the trip and slowing down our hiking pace at times setting up the camera. We all had a good time!

Thanks for the video. I would like to do that trail next year. What tent were you using? Did you have problems with mice inside the tent?
@AleconAdventures4 жыл бұрын
We were using our friend's Black Diamond Mega Light tent, 4 person. No problems with mice in the tent. We hung all the food in one pack and brought the remaining bags into the tent one night when the mice were bad.

Planning on hiking the La Clouche Silhouette this summer and I am wondering what sites you stayed on throughout the trail?
@AleconAdventures3 жыл бұрын
I think H17 Three Narrows, H33 Little Mountain and H47 Heaven. If I do it again I want to camp on Silver Lake. Thanks for watching!
