There's no better tonic than reconnecting with nature, standing on top a hill with the wind in your face and the clouds skimming your head. Admire you for opening up about your mental struggles. I too have struggled in the past, lone walking is sometimes a great help

I really enjoyed this one. My husband grew up next to the Niagara Escarpment. There are rocks / cliffs like that at 10:18 right in his back yard that belong to the Bruce Trail. (The entire trail here in Ontario Canada, stretches from Niagara Falls, to the tip of the Bruce peninsula close to 900 km ) The trails in the area are just like this. I miss being near there. We moved to southern Ontario many years ago.

The first apples, I think, were Russet’s. You can get them in the UK during the apple season, but not other times. They normally sell out pretty quickly. They have a thicker brownish skin, rather then the usual green and red.

Wonderful video. I've only seen your Scottish West Wall before this video. And I knew before the kiss you were close. Very romantic and I'd love to do that walk. I have Borderline and CPTSD and am trying to find myself again as a 40nyear old. I lived in Canada for five year a while ago and did some major trecking and mountain trails. I'm now looking to further myself and push my major anxiety and associated symptoms of the other two mental health issues I have into history. I've just got some Nordic Poles for walking the flat trails in Barnstaple where I now live. It's such an inspiration to see you so happy and enjoying what makes you so relaxed and in love with yourselves and nature. I'd love to start kiki g again soon but having a visual impairment restricts that without being with others. As I'm sure you'll aoorec iate, being with others with mental heakth issues is a challenge and you need the right people. But you give me hope and a wish to carry on. I hope to watch your previous videos more and look forward to your next adventures. Benny 😍

Hi Abbie and Anna. You've probably since realised, or someone else has commented and let you know, but at the 44 mins 30 second mark you mention the sign that says on it 1/8 GT- this is a sign letting you know that there is a 1 in 8 (going up one in every eight) gradient incline :-) Stay wild!
