Hello Eric! My wife and I binged about 75% of your adventures on this channel this past Saturday. Thank You so much for sharing! We recently graduated all of our boys and are starting some adventures ourselves. We did 5 different hikes all over Colorado last Fall. Just some 3-6 hour day hikes. We were very inspired by your adventures, and we really fell in Love with this trail. Can you tell us which legs of the trail you hiked on this video and what would you recommend as the best month to do so? Thanks again for sharing your adventures and hopefully we can live some of them ourselves!

Hey there Michael! Great to hear! Glad you've been enjoying the show! Sounds like you're an adventurous family. I love it. I don't recall off-hand all the segments we hiked. But some of them were Bay Bulls, Berry Arch, La Manche, the Spout, and Flamber Head. I was there in October and that was a wonderful time of year. If you're there in the early summer you'll see icebergs, which, rad. Mid-summer I think it gets pretty buggy. But lots of enjoyable time windows!

Thanks so much for the info. That would be amazing to see some ice burgs! That’s our plan as of right now, but if not, definitely in the Fall of 2021! Until then, we will continue to follow you on this channel. Being new to backpacking, we appreciate your insight! Thanks again!

I hiked 230km of the ECT last summer over 14 days. It was unbelievably stunning. Unfortunately, I felt very rushed, and I wish I had more time to explore and enjoy shorter, more relaxed days. I'll definitely go back to redo the trail with more time.

My home! I hear the Long Range Mountain traverse in Gros Morne national park on the west coast is a nice hike too! Time for another visit?

But did you get screeched?
@bennettferguson-donaldson65653 жыл бұрын
wait how is that spout working, is it volcanic?
@fon-zmcmusik6372 Жыл бұрын
Could be where the waves come in and go down a tunnel in the water before the force of it causes the wave to shoot up through that spout im pretty sure we don’t have volcanic activity on this island I could be wrong though

Is it just a hike to townsites? Can you actually camp?
@BackpackingTV3 жыл бұрын
Oh there's tons of camping! But the towns along the way make it more accessible.

At what time of the year you have been there?

Hi Francis! We were in Newfoundland in October :)

19:21 ECT is definitely worth it for those huge fresh scallops & awkward homoerotic moments w/ quirky Newfoundland divers, definitely...
