Hello JCharles - I have watched all your videos touring the Suffolk County parks, and have enjoyed each and every one! I am planning my first ever tent camping experience with my 17 year old niece! I have bought all the gear and am just trying to determine which park in Suffolk County would be best for a first timer. I am drawn to Blydenburgh and have also thought about Wildwood State Park. I do have Green Key access, so those options are open to me. As you are such an expert, I thought I would ask your opinion as to which park you think might be best for our first time. Would really like to have clean and accessible bathrooms and showers, and just generally a safe and beautiful park to explore. Any advice you want to share would be appreciated. Keep enjoying the camping experiences with your family!

Thank you very much I appreciate your watching. Blydenburgh is a beautiful camp. The problem you'll run into will be RV campers using generators, it gets very noisy. It's not as bad when you're in an RV, you could wind-up being right next to someone's generator. Wildwood probably has more for young people to do, they have a great access to the Long Island sound. They used to have movie nights and Square dancing when I was a child camping at Wildwood I wonder if they still do it now. That would be my choice out of the two. What a beautiful hike! Bella is such a good girl, she is so sweet and cute! How old is she? We love to walk in the woods with Sweet Pea, but here in Massachusetts, we really worry about ticks when it comes to swampy areas. Great video! Thanks for taking us along!>Sue
