Hiking to the 7 Lagunas at AUSANGATE in Peru - Best Day Trip from Cusco?

Hi, my friends and I will be visiting Cusco in 3 weeks and would love to do this hike. Could anyone be able to provide how difficult is the hikes? One of my friend has serious asthma issues which she will bring her inhaler would this treks be okay to do?

It's a little challenging. To get to the lakes is a gradual incline at around 14-15k ft of elevation. Not the hardest hike but also not the easiest because of the altitude.

I have an air2s as well. Did you pay the 18% tax when you entered Peru?

I did not. I entered Peru via bus so that might have something to do with it.
