nice job, was waiting to see someone fall down , lol no shoes in the river not good for the toes , been there done that while floating and had to get out of the water and head home , The next time I went I wore some boat shoes , good for sand and water .

I'm in greeley Colorado now I rode from NY and I passed Lincoln ne. I will stay 2 days here and do some rides like pikes peak and rt 14 loop around maybe more .if you're off the 80 I can stop by on the way home Fri or sunday

I just did this hike. The water was much deeper than it was for you. I started into the water and felt very unstable on the rocks, and my feet went numb so I turned around. It was disappointing, but I wasn't willing to risk injury.

In the winter it becomes an ice cave. Rock climbers go ice climbing when the water fall becomes a column of ice. Neat to see but the valley gets below zero in the winter. Leave the Harley home and bring the suv.
