Loved seeing you again Hazel and especially giving us some of your Background. I’ve alway had an intense interest in art and am a no talent wannabe artist.In my late 70’s I refuse to establish another internet account, hence no Instagram account.I can only hope you start a You Tube Channel. Your video was very well put together, informative and most enjoyable. Love to see some of your experiences and how you relate to the Sierra Mountains, one of my favorite camping areas. More of your art would also be most enjoyable. I’m currently following “TravelWritePaint” Ytube Channel as they hike the PCT. Each night “Birdcall” paints small watercolors of his hike and his wife makes Journal entries of their experiences. They plan to assemble a book after their PCT Hike. Can’t wait until it’s published as I was pleasantly shocked at what a wounderful artist he is.Though He might just be a hack like me, as it was many many episodes be for he revealed any of his painting. Can’t wait to see you and of course the”Old Codgers” back On the PCT. If by Chance you guys plan to go into Lone Pine, I would like to treat you all to a meal at the Alabama Hills Restaurant, my favorite stop when traveling to Lone Pine. So Codgers if you post in advance when you might be in Lone Pine and have a way (PayPal, Venmo) to forward payment, please note.

Great job!!!! Hazel...and I like how you gave us some language lessons in Mandarin (I think). Blessings and safety to you. Also, as you are talking about your art and I saw some of your sketches when you hiked with the Codgers.....maybe think bout an illustrated book for kids about hiking the pct??? You are a person of many talents (and lots of courage).
