Please make sure the cable you are connecting is ok. You can check connecting laptop on it and test internet is working or not? If internet is working, than only connect to DVR. Check other settings like DVR DHCP is on?

Can you tell me what does it mean? how can a mobile browser (chrome or safari or xyz) can directly scan QR code without running any application or connecting to some website and allowing camera access?. Please explain step-by-step.

if you are going to cloud storage setting means you are going to wrong option. this option is to save your dvr video records to cloud like google drive, onedrive, etc so this apps can be authenticate from mobiles also. so pls select the right option to online your dvr by watching the video. there is platform access option to enable dvr cloud settings.

I tried using laptop by logging to my DVR and going to Configuration->Storage->Storage Management->Cloud storage, but when I press "Get" button Google drive does not allow access to my account to DVR for security reasons, I tried relaxing all security by going to google account settings, but still it does not allow. If I choose OneDrive, it opens the OneDrive webpage but does not give me authentication code, I relaxed security and allowed pop-ups, but still it only opens the OneDrive webpage nothing else. So, I thought I must directly login to my DVR by connecting monitor to HDMI port, so my earlier question is about this.

Take photo of your DVR's serial no and model no sticker send it to Hikvision support team email id and ask them to unbind the DVR from old online accounts. Next step if you don't have DVR's admin password then use sadp tool to reset the Hikvision dvr password. We have the video on how to reset Hikvision dvr password by sadp tool. Watch it and do.
