Hello! My dvr NIC settings get auto changed from WLAN0 to LAN1 when i click on apply settings and get back to the main screen, the dvr remains online and even streams live video for couple of minutes but after that i am not able to view any live video on my hikconnect app .can u help me with that. No you need to plug the lan cable directly to the dvr, only then you will be able to connect it.
