You can try from anywhere, But sending email to your region Hikvision support centre

i do;nt think so you have to go so much deep in details to reset password .actually its long procedure.just make short cut reset the camera by factory default then use same ip address and creat your own new password with sadp tool.

this is mandatory to connect ip camara with internet ??? or it is working on POE switch without internet.

Internet only for Mobile APP/Remote PC access purpose only. POE switch enough for NVR & IP Camera connectivity.
