the files you are playing back are they from recordings on ivms or recordings from the nvr that you can access? ivms wont let me view events on the nvr but will let me live stream

updated to latest version get error HCNetSDK.dll(7) the device is offline but bottom of page says device online

hi, thank you for video but---what if my internet password changed... Can I still reset it? my cameras were working fine but my internet provider game me a new internet and password...How do i fix this
