HA! I've put a random password at that authentication info. hikvision is really not user friendly. but this tutorial helped me in the end. For authentication make sure you put the correct email and the password for that email. just can't believe it worked in the end

Test was successful for camera 1, however, I get 'Test SMTP server failure" error message when i test the email configuration settings for camera 2 and camera 3 - IP 4G wireless camera using CamHI setup. How do I resolve this problem of setting up email alert for multiple camera on camhi?

I wanted to know how it's done and someone said that in the OSD there is a button to change the colour. But, I have no such button on my Hikvision GUI. MY version is the latest V4.1.64. Do you know where this colour button is?

I too faced the same problem, but I have solved it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bWnHk2qlo8eCjq8 see this video, follow how they have configured Gmail. I did it, it worked for me. You don't do upgrade and all, just follow Gmail configuration. I didn't do any upgradation. My DVR built no is 170525. Even I have used auto DHCP, then also I have got succeeded.
