@user-vu2hq8eq4r We had a great time filming this one, and we still laugh over it. As we have gotten better with our technology, I'm regretting not getting better sound equipment sooner, but the message still holds. Thanks for watching!

Dr. Markette, This video was informative and entertaining. I found myself laughing out loud at several segments as I could identify with quite a few of these scenarios. I remember the beginning stages of trying to determine the feasibility of a research topic while trying to narrow my choice of a dissertation topic. Your channel is so helpful in my journey in completing my dissertation. Thank you for taking the time to upload videos.

@Stacey, thank you for your kind words! You are FIRST to comment, which means you must be a subscriber. Thanks for joining our Community of Scholars on this channel. It sounds like you are in the later stages of the dissertation process. What topics would be helpful for you? What is your dissertation topic? May God bless you on the journey!

@@DrMarkette Yes, I'm a subscriber and a former student in a residency course you taught. I am in the process of writing chapter 2. So far, your videos have served as great review tools. When it comes to talking about my dissertation topic I still feel like Jack 😂. I'm exploring how Black female clergy ascribe meaning to their perception of support they receive from their church denominations (or congregations) regarding their call to ordained ministry, and how perceived organizational support influences leadership practice within the Black church context. Anything AQR related is still a mystery to me. Is it too early to think about AQR review and approval and how all of this works at this stage of the dissertation process (I'm still writing chapter 2)? Videos on this topic would be helpful.

This was really good Dr. Markette!! In addition to being informative it was a perfect laughter break! PS “no rest for the weary” is truly understated for residency faculty🤣
