It is Russian pop festival, where everything is playback. "Live" band for this singer wasn't able to come therefore organizers approached some session musicians just before the show and forced them to replace the initial band without even giving opportunity to rehearse the setlist. Quality is poor, but in other uploads you can see how both guitarist and drummer are laughing of absurd.
