Oh no 😔 I always do my best to let people go before me if I have more than them, I do have a guide dog so limited vision means I don’t always notice. I frequently have it this time of year where people will just push in front of me though, sometimes again I don’t realise until too late but when I do they get all huff and puff when I’m like ‘excuse me’ 😂 Gotta love people right

Hey Colleen that little thing that you said at the end where you said “keeping it inside me is what kills me” that meant so much to me I’m currently dealing with death anxiety and it’s getting to the point where I’m searching up videos about everyday I can’t go 1 hour without worrying about it and today I ended up going to the bathroom on the floor and crying about and it made me feel better today I’m telling my mom about it and that I need a therapist, so hopefully that will help even more.

I have anxiety and I have been taking medicine and have been diagnosed by a doctor. I have a weighted blanket and it saved me. It’s so comfortable and really helps. If you have ankört or are really stressed a lot of times I really recommend. Love you!

I have an awesome anti-depressant and anxiety weighted blanket and because I have sensory issues we got a really fluffy one .It also calms my tics and when I’m having a panic attack I put my head in my knees and lay fully under it and it’s stops them being so prolonged.I hope yours has a good affect on you too!
