To be fair, his opponent doesn't have a name that can be typed out on an English or German keyboard. Plus, in the case it's not another pro, it may be that Viper doesn't want to put his opponent's name on the internet.

Viper's monks have been stealth nerfed by the developers, to keep the game balanced.

It's an interesting story actually. There was a bug in an older version that was actually fixed in DE. The DE fixed monks had the very fast conversions that no one was used to, so they slowed down the conversion time to line up more closely with the older bugged monks.
