I did a geno test and found out that it was not inherited or gene related. They stated it most likely from environmental. I had a chemical release exposure while on AD, but I don't know what kind it was, but I went on Sick Call they diagnose at dermatitis

The VA creates a Terra Memo and pulls the information from DMDC, often the DMDC has wrong information that needs to be update.

Part 2 Question is I have Vertigo that they associated with my Chronic Adjustment Disorder recently however I stated during c&p that this was a result of my tinnitus and hearing loss. is this a HLR so I can separate this disability and get a back pay or leave it alone since im 100% p&t

Part 3 Lastly, i have outstanding appeals for my back, can I continue on even if im 100% already? theres financial ramnifications if approved with back pay - thank you so much

I have 80% both knee and right shoulder replacements 30% each. 20% on my back, 10% on left hearing tendinitis. Would like to talk to someone about possible increases.

I have 70% ptsd tdiu. The ptsd is 25 years old and the tdiu that is attached to the ptsd is 12 years old. 10 year rule states that a disability cannot be severed. Since tdiu cannot be severed, is it protected? No one has ever been able to give me a clear answer.

I submitted a headache/migraine log with the claim as secondary to Tinnitus. VA Regional Office denied. HRL denied. Currently at Board of Appeals September 2022.

Would a migraine claim be better to file secondary to ptsd or tinnitus? I am connected for both

Great question! I am presently assisting a veteran with the same conditions. If the veteran I am assisting PTSD has gotten worse, he should also file for an increase at the same time. If not, I will suggest the veteran file for migraines, secondary to tinnitus. Thanks!

It would be great if you guys had audio properly done... he sounds distant and she sounds way too loud/up close. Should be a lav mic setup or dual separate mics or something, but not the laptop mic, IMO (if it's a laptop)...

Veteran spouses and family members do not waste your time watching these videos they do not pertain to us. I have been logging on to theses for years and not one mention of DIC benefits or claims. I was here in this Live before the moderators and I asked two questions that were igynored and its usually ignored by all these so called claim guru's and ex va employees. WE ARE ON OUR OWN!
