@@BishopWalters12 Carmela had a distinct regional accent that Edie had to work at, it did not come natural to her. She is not feigning an accent here because HRC does not have a distinct regional accent like her husband does. She’s using her natural speaking voice. If you can honestly say that you hear Carmela’s New York/New Jersey accent in Edie’s HRC character, you need to get your ears checked. Acting isn’t about giving an impersonation of someone. She was able to embody HRC without imitating her. That’s talent. Just because you can’t recognize talent doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Bill was a known womanizer for decades. I guess the producers of this movie didn't want to imply that some wives especially politicians wives accept this fact. Heck they could have gone all cynical and have her say 'Bill I'm planning of going into politics maybe even go for your job at some point. Now I'll have to explain why I'm not divorcing you.'. But that version would have made her seem far too hard to understand for an audience with a black and white view of the world.

Romantic relationships are not a beautiful thing. Romance causes a lot of problems in this world. Life is a lot better without romance than it is with it. Romantic love is not special at all, and I think that the romantic type of love isn't real. More than half of romantic couples either break up with each other or divorce each other, And most couples who are still together are usually not happy being together. Also, there are a lot of toxic romantic relationships. Like an example is that abuse happens a lot in romantic relationships.

@@lauriesmith3443 Ironically I think the one upside to the Clintons is the conservative right has spared no expense looking for dirt since I was 2 years old (in 1992). They found a real estate deal that went south and Bill's addiction to women that aren't his wife. Ken Starr spent millions of taxpayer dollars investigating Whitewater but handed congress the world's most expensive, and poorly written, erotic novel. In the Hillary Hulu documentary one of her own friends says she tried to ask, "What has he really done to you?" And she says Hillary "glazed over" and wouldn't talk about it.
