Thomas Vaughn this is how I keep em bullet proof. The heavy door that broke my thumb earlier in the year would have probably cut most people’s thumbs clean off. Also, I use really heavy string for that fat tone! Need extra grip strength!

cesar mancini I only wear a lifting belt when I am lifting really really heavy. All this is relatively light, so no belt necessary. Just keep a tight core throughout.

no disrespect, but can i ask your height and weight? you seem pretty big in your videos but im starting to suspect your actually significantly larger than i had thought you were. and on a side note, i was in the marines, met an italian, got married, and moved to europe about 20 years ago. ill be moving back to the states some time next year. most likely on the east coast. once im settled in im planning on travelling to come see u all play. i absolutely love your music and styles.
