Trt clinic owner here. So ummmm he's definitely on TRT. When someone has elevated hemoglbin due to TRT (or elevated hemoglobin in general) they will be almost glowing red. At times in his post you can see he is a red as a lobster. There's no shame for being on TRT. It isnt healthy to have your endocrine system be out of whack. If putting a patient on trt helps them restore equilibrium within their endcorine system, why is that a bad thing.

Having known Josh for over 4 years and having worked out with him more times than I can remember, I can tell you that Josh is not on TRT. I have spent multiple days with him and observed zero indication that he does any enhancement. No, I didn’t go into the bathroom with him or observe him every second of the day. We have discussed this issue many times before. I have encouraged him to try healing peptides because of his multiple injuries. He never seemed interested in exploring these options. I am 58 and am on 140mg of testosterone Cyp. I also use Sermorelin 3-4 days a week for sleep and healing. When I get an injury I also use healing peptides like BPC 157. So even though we are friends we completely disagree on personal use. I think it’s great for my health and Josh has a different opinion about his body. Josh could care less about peoples opinion of him. He has accomplished more than 99% of the men on the planet. He is not a liar. His morality and character speak for themselves. He doesn’t like you very much Andrew, despite me trying to convince him otherwise. Hopefully this will help.

If you decide to get your labs measured (not on TRT), make sure you don't do a high intensity workout an hour or two before, even if fasted. You will likely throw many of your labs off, including but not limited to testosterone, glucose, liver enzymes, and creatinine. Crossfit-style workouts, lifting, anything higher intensity is going to create a potent neuroendocrine response which will make all of these values elevated. The effects of this will last for hours, if not the rest of the day. Wait between 24-48 hours from a workout to really get your baseline lab values.

I think we need to talk more about the lie detector idea. The big limiting factor with testing has always been the cost. A lie detector is surely considerably less costly to administer en masse at something like the games, with immediate results. Fail the lie detector and you go under investigation immediately and that’s when you maybe start referring people for drug tests. Compulsory at all the ‘big’ sanctioned events for all athletes as part of the registration process and then additional random tests throughout the year as needed. Makes a lot of sense to me.

What is shameful is to take enhancers then use your physique to sell fitness programs under the false premise that you achieved your fitness naturally. It’s messed up to deceive people trusting in you to believe in something unachievable without hormonal enhancement. What is weak minded is to deny use and mislead people who believe in you rather than to simply own it.

You really are beta as fuck. Grow up. Trt isn’t that magical, it’s for aging men. Even on the high end of 200mg a week it’s not making anyone Superman. You should try not being a fat ass and work out for the next 20 years consistently and with intensity and see what happens.

@@mattpeters6224 This is pretty much what I'm saying - that the denial is far worse than the crime itself. If someone in his place takes TRT, just own it. Recover faster, heal injuries, train harder, more gainz; there are plenty of reasons why it makes sense once you hit your 40s. Just don't pretend you aren't enhanced and set false expectations that natural people who believe in you won't ever be able to reasonably achieve. It's setting people up for failure which is not cool. I don't know if Josh does or not, but he looks unnatural to me.
