I think he gets his fiber from the fruit he eats, I have diverticulitis and I find fruit to be the best way to get fiber in.

@joshbridges I am 51 and workout(crossfit) 5 days a week. My doctor advises me against taking creatine as he says I do not train enough to need it and that it is hard on my system if I do not intake enough water to flush it. Thoughts?

I’ve watched you for a while and while my dietary needs makes it so I can’t have the amount of red meat I can have, I have diverticulitis and red meat makes me have flair ups. But I still follow the principles of diet and training you use with ofc my own principles and stuff in my life. It’s helped a lot in my life while being married to my wife and being a better husband and on top of everything else in my life has helped me prepare to ship out for the marines

Josh, thanks for sharing brother. Great to see that im not alone with eating the same thing daily, not having cravings, benefiting from, and seeing the positive end results. Stey strong man! My end of day snack is no fat cottage cheese and blueberries topped with catalina crunch honey graham ceral. Gamechanger....

I love honey and cinnamon on a sweet potato nice change up from butter. Good quality food and alot of calories still yet metabolism must be crazy fast to maintain 170
