Hello, I have a battery, but I want to replace the cells with lithium ones. Inside the original pack there are two protection devices, apparently for temperature or overcurrent. Do you know what the connection of those 2 devices is? I hope you can answer me  Comentarios Resultado web con vínculos a sitio

​@@TIRestorationThanks, a question do you know how much current the drill consumes when it is in operation, I have the same one and the battery broke down, I made another one with 18650 lithium cells in a 4S - 2P connection that when fully charged gave me 16.8V, but when I put it on To work it consumes between 4 to 5 amps of current and only turning without drilling anything, I don't know if that is normal or something is happening. I hope you can help me, greetings from Chiclayo - PERU

Hi, can you help me with smaller component, with black and blue wire on it? Mine is broken, contact fell off. What is it? Can i replace it and with what? Or can i just solder wire directly to little black thing and hope it will work? TIA

It is the temperature sensor, if it is not broken you can solder a wire to it and the test it. Good luck

Is there any battery adapter for these type of batteries and use it with Milwaukee or Dewalt batteries?

Not seen them yet for these old type batteries, but there are Hilti adapters for the newer li-ion batteries. good luck

I have exactly the same Hilti model and I have already replaced all the cells several times, occasionally buying new batteries from other no longer existing brands with identical cells, it is scandalous that the original Hilti battery is 150 € all the time because mine costs me 1/5 of this price...😜

Yes, the cells are identical to other brands but we pay for the casing and the brand. good luck
