When it gives you the option to change the room while checking in, does it charge extra for choosing a different room (like how airlines charge you extra for picking your seat)? How many rooms were available to change to in the app?

I think you have to speak with the front desk staff, if you want to change cards.

Can you adjust the check-in time in case your ETA changes?

I did not see the option to change arrive time, but I selected 3pm and did not actually arrive till after 5pm so think it’s not that strict.

Yes, I booked room service and contact reception. But I believe it depends on your hotel on the options you get.

The app should update, but have heard that sometime it does not. So not sure if this is down to the hotel not updating the system correctly.
