Hilton Mumbai Food BUFFET with Sattvic Food

Mumbai food places can easily boast of having some of the best buffet options. So in this video I bring to you yet another buffet spread in Mumbai - the dinner buffet at Hilton Hotel, Mumbai. oh God Shweta, I can't tell you how much I adored this video because each and every item from that Sathvik menu is made in my home. Had I been living in Mumbai, pakka I would have invited you over to my place for a scrumptious lunch of home-made Palakkad cuisine - sambar, rasam, aviyal, usli, pachchadi (raita with tadka), pappad, panagam, payasam and much more! That pumpkin stew is called Olan by the way and sorry about the rasam, we make it hot usually. Great great video!

saggitbow where I am from (middle of Canada), a roti can also describe a curried stew or a potato based filling wrapped in dough, pressed together and deep fried, or wrapped up in a whole roti and eaten.
