Hilton Valentine’s North Shields Roots - Blue Plaque Ceremony

Hilton Valentine - the guitarist from the '60s group The Animals - has been honoured at his former childhood home in North Shields with a blue plaque.
Ray Laidlaw from the band Lindisfarne explains how Hilton became a rock ‘n’roll legend from his humble beginnings.
The terraced house is located on Coburg Street in North Shields.
