I can if I get one in mate Though it's really simple The 24mm plugs on the rear diff and transfer case Just drain and refil till it runs out Same with the front diff but 10mm allen

Personally I have not, I believe them to be quite reliable, infact most toyota autos are built well If you're having issues I would check the oil level and conditions

That's odd, I have the same AC60F in my 2015 HiAce van, but it doesn't have that filter, according to the dealer here in Japan. The parts diagram doesn't show it either. :(

@@CrazyCranker I don't think I've ran into a Hiace with the transmission over here, does it look identical to what I did in the video? Unless it's just a gauze filter? Can they offer a gasket ?

I dont think your procedure checking oil level is correct. You need to fill in 4 litres and move gear stick to put through all gear. Each gear stay for 2 seconds, then move to park. Get the gun-temperature to check temperature, point to the temperature-gun to the hottest spot of the pan (usually at front passanger corner). Unbolt when temperature reach 40 degree. If it reach over 46 degree stop the engine and wait 1hr fo cooling and star over again.

Hey eric! The Trans was already warm before starting the job so when we pump in the new oil it would quickly reach some temp, also we had someone in the car whom was pulling it through the gears like you mentioned! We use two people just to make sure the car is on the hoist for a bit less time! I understand what you mean about oil temperature as it expands, but honestly i have been servicing gearboxes for many years with this method and not had any issues! Each to their own though ofcourse

@@ricardoaltamirano3741 if you need to flush oil in cooler, you need to search how to flush auto transmission. There is video for that. You need at least 12liters to flush everything out
