Awesome video mate, your attention to detail is second to none. Love that you’re actually thinking about the engineering of each component rather than sticking shit together and having to cut it all up later

I've got a 81 Lux, use it every day for work & looking to make up a Ali tray later this year so great to see some quality work here for a little inspiration.

just a little tip i got told from an old timer, anything endge that is to be welded that has been plasma cut or laser cut should be die grinded to leave a fresh surface from slag, it makes a big difference in the weld result
@joshdures945 ай бұрын
He’s 100% right it leaves a nitrate finish and when you weld to it your basically welding to a layer. Both alloy and mild steel I will always finish and clean the edge back to raw. Except when I laser parts. Great tip for people that don’t know 🤟🏻

Awesome video you earned yourself a new subscriber. Would you happen to be a boiler maker? Your very knowledgeable with your welding and fabrication skills. How much of your build have you designed in fusion 360?

Hey mate, nice build! What Tig settings you running for the main tray brackets? Have a similar gauge material to weld myself
