You should have asked if the fish farm is using antibiotics on the fish cause that is a big issue with farms. Farms are crowded with fish and to avoid disease they treat them with heavy antibiotics which then are transferred to us… sadly not the best thing.

I bet that would taste good but also trout fish has it own unique flavour and buttery taste which gets ruined if you cook it for a long time or use too much spices, basically fish ka apna swad kam hi ayega aur masala me kuch fleshy chiz khane ka jyada. Also trout fish ka brreding nordic cohntries ki varitey se hota hai so india ka climate even it be himachal not suited for fish to be left uncooked for a long time
