Saunf kaafi log dalte hai mutton mai but mauf jo hotness hai mutton ki wo kam kar deti hai and a bit of sweet tone kar deti hai gravy ki.. No doubts digestion k liye acchi chiz hai saunf but taste thoda sa khrab krti hai.. I usually avoid Saunf.. Btw Acchi recipe hai🤤

That's not true being living in uttrakhand I'll tell you pahadi bakra which is very large in size is very rough in texture and it is not easily cooked till tender the mutton which is sell in plains like up-bihar is far better then what is selling in hilly areas it's just a myth which is used by bloggers which make us assume quality of meat is great in hilly areas I hope that's help...

Your presentation of desi food is very nice and informative. But since you are in uk, jin jin ko aap promote kar rahe hain waisa haqeeqat mein kuch hai nahi aisa. Dindyali se leke this resort. Nobody in local have ever experienced this kind of food in these places. Yes, if they want they can definitely make such food but reality is far from what is shown. I live here so I know.
