Плюс еще тогда влюбился сильно в девушку и эти два сочетания дали невероятный импульс. Закончилось все тем, что с девушкой мы не вместе, но тот самый диск и на том самом центре я до сих пор слушаю (позавчера). Хотя признаю один грех за собой. Не следил в дальнейшем за их творчеством. Мне одной любви и диска хватило FOREVER!!!

I have listened to this guys songs for sometime now and I have been analyzing his technique. Its obvious he has some excellent vocal training, I have not heard anyone else playing contemporary popular music use this level of expression and control of the voice combined with excellent phrasing and poetry of this caliber. His breath control is superb because he has the ability to carry the vocal melody through multiple measures and it just flows through fairly effortlessly all while he is also switching between high/low note voicing, its because he takes his breaths in at precisely the right moment to be able to stretch a melody very far without pausing, usually most modern musicians have much simpler vocal lines because they sing for 3/4's of the measure then pause, then sing the next measure for 3/4's, pause, etc.. But most of Ville Valo's songs just keep flowing and flowing, the vocal melodies are very complex and beautiful. Now if you add to that the fact that he phrases his melody between two different voicing and can switch between head voice and bass/baritone on the fly, to actually sing a line like that all in his head voice and then land the very last note in tune and in the bass voice, well that is a rare talent, well it is a very amazing thing he has done with his music. I have learned this song among others on guitar and I have become saddened now because I can now see he comes from a place of deep sorrow, but also he is using his musical expression to subconsciously keep himself in the vicious cycle of sadness, its so dark actually that I think he was stumbling along the left hand path of satanists for sometime, he was looking for something in those shadows and he went to the edge of drunkenness and saw Lucifer face to face. This is the same thing Aleister Crowley was looking for in his life, an off world power of dark origins that could show him the "dark light", the false light of Satan. Aleister looked for Lucifer in rivers of heroine and maybe Ville was searching for him in rivers of wine. this is just the feeling I get from his music and poety. But please be very careful sir because you could lose yourself permanently and fall into the pit of no return. turn away from the pit sir and look for the true light of God! I heard hes doing much better now that he stopped drinking This man has a tremendous talent and I wish to see him come out of this dark poetry into the light and start to write new songs about life and positive things. Ville if you read this then please message me because I want to talk to you about energy, gnosis and how to enter the subconscious mind and perform transformations.

Met him Jears ago in Hamburg at a bar called Lehmitz. At that time I had no idea who he was, he sat next to me at the bar and was humming this tune. Then he said his family had a dog when he was a little kid, he loved that dog a lot, learned walking with her. Of course the dog died one day but he keeps missing that dog forever.
