Monique Jack Martin that's a illusion many people consider "your music" shitty just like you consider current artists shitty but in ten years some 10 year old kid will say the same thing you are. The music you listen to and have listened to are tied with memories and that why you choose what is good or not

Johnny Manson Music that lasts through the ages is remembered. From different generations different artists are passed along. When you see teenagers listening to rolling Stones, 20 year olds listening to NWA and 2pac, while chemical romances teenager song was the song of a generation, Myself and baby boy loving swing music from the 40s, and a colleague of mine loving classical music from centuries ago. Different people have different tastes. People hold songs like memories, like people and their clothing styles. Feelings are involved. Music that lasts has a universal quality that connects with people regardless of their age.

My heart just sank a thousand feet deep into my soul.. these songs bring out a glimpse of memories you almost forgot about. i miss my teenage hood, myself, the air I was breathing that time.. everything was completely different and I’m depressed I can’t feel that way ever again..
@prettyhatemachine88876 ай бұрын
You can, if you feel different in a bad way that means you're most likely depressed. I was in the same state before Prozac and Keto diet. I didn't even realize how bad it was, how heavy I felt, like there was a huge weight pressing me down, making me less energetic, irretable and unable to enjoy things in life the same way I used to when I was a teenager. Only after I started to actually feel better was when I realized how far I spiraled downwards. I thought I was just having intermittent episodes of mild depression with a few really bad days here and there, but now I realize that even my "good days" were actually just days of some improvements in my symptoms, but still a full blown depression.

I remember going to school and in the morning on MTV this song would come on before I'd leave for the bus stop when it was popular. I do miss MTV when they played music.

I'll never forget being in 7th grade, 2006-2007, and waking up early just so I could watch MTV music videos with my brother. This was one I'll never forget always playing. It brings back so many good memories.

I was watching a doc on Bam Margera and remembered this song bc Ville and him are friends! Love this song and takes me back to the early-mid 2000's. Ah how time sadly flys!

How many bands can claim the depth of wealth their music and lyrics demands? What could even hope to measure the plethora of beauteous moments HIM songs bring to life in me! I wish I'd get to meet the man HIMself someday!

It’s 2021, 16 years later and in a still current pandemic and I can honestly say that era of the mid 2000’s music blows away everything I have heard since. Salute to HIM, one of the most criminally underrated bands of all time.

My daughter (much younger version) used to watch 'Viva la Bam' at dad's house, and when she wanted to watch it at my house, I made her explain and then watched it with her. Needless to say,, I became a fan. There was and episode that Bam borrowed a tour has from HIM, but I was clueless. A couple years (or a year, no idea) later, there was this ^^^^ amazing video on her TV as she was getting ready for school. I asked who it was, and she replied (maximum sarcasm expended), That's 'HIM', Mom! I finally figured it out, became a huge fan, moved to Finland (waited on Linde, and his fiancee at the time and his bro who lived in my town! Went to several HIM shows for free, on the 'band list'!)

First discovered this band about ten years ago, randomly bought a dvd and thought what great songs. And how many cigarettes the singer could smoke, seemed like every clip he was smoking. Lost all my cd collection about ten years back but rediscovered them on you tube, with the Live at the Orpheum Theatre. Did realise they were so good. Now Ive been listening and watching for last two weeks. Im 60 years old mind you.

I remember the first time I watched this. I was like 10 or 11 and this video was playing on MTV. My sister was skipping through channels. I told her to stay on this cuz I wanted to see. I fell in love with HIM and rock and metal and romantic goth vampire music. My sister gave me her HIM dog tag and I never looked back 🖤👏

Are you a fan of Him, Ville Vallo, or Bam Margera? I propose a question. What would be better right now than a visit from Ville Valo to Bam in Oceanside California for a nostalgic stroll through SD AND Hollywood? If your a fan you know Bam discovered HIM on a skate trip and fell in love. Second to that love returned when Vile arrived to Hollywood and filmed a music video with Bam (see Bam Vs HIM video on KZbin for reference). Is the third time the charm-this time in San Diego between Vile Vallo and Bam? I wonder if anything could be more magical for Bam right now than a visit from Vile Vallo to Oceanside- I think not (Therefore I am and have given it much consideration. To re live those nostalgic happy times from Helsinki to Hollywood. I say Let them drink, smoke, eat, and remember better days (for us all). “Sobriety”- while it doesn’t have too- can wait. I say Let them laugh and love and remember the time when Bam found Him and met Ville Vallo in Europe. I say let them re live the magic they experienced in Hollywood. I sincerely pray they make new memories in SD. Specifically Oceanside Carlsbad and Encinitas. Has Ville Vallo ever been? All fans of Bam, HIM, CKY, Big Brother Magazine, and Jackass I beseech you to all unite over this idea and gift to Bam please. Steve O once called every name in the yellow pages to see Motley Crew. Will you help this idea gain momentum. #reunitevileandbam. I will be copying and pasting this to all my favorite HIM videos on KZbin until 4:44 today. 💯% love everyone. Just another recovering heroin addict dreamseller. Brandon Novak, Tommy Caudill and Steve O. I’m looking at federal prison 10 years. Please do this for me. I never got to meet Bam, Steve O or anyone. My final wish Tommy is the aforementioned. Your the man. Evan aka Badger. It’s too late now but...how stoked I was when you offered me to manage one of your sober livings. It’s all over now and I’m alone halfway into my fifth 5150 (four arrests) this summer. Dante’s inferno and the nine rings thanks to celes drugging me with lsd at stephouse. My final message and request. Support Bam and know I was framed and gangstalked into oblivion. 100% love. Evan Grant Spencer. The Real Badger. Hospital, work release, 10 to life in the feds.
