to all out there: I'm so sorry I put so much pressure on dale up there. at this altitude you shouldn't switch off the engine of the helicopter and apparently the petrol was running out. i tried with all my might to convince the pilots that dale is coming soon and that they shouldn't fly alone and pick him up later. that would certainly not be in his interest. that's why I was angry for a moment and that almost never happens. sorry for that. we were friends again after minutes and that’s the most important i think :)

I have done the Mardi trek and it is absolutely beautiful. It is one of the easiest trek, you alsoget a constant view of the mountain rrange. You get to see lush forests and at the top towards the basecamp you feel like you are in a alien planet. ABSOLUTELY stunning.

I've been from uk to Amsterdam , 16 of us in 4 helicopters & quite a few flights around south England. They are a tight fit, small, but I highly recommend giving it a go if you are able. Anywhere in the world.

Alex commented on the main Video. It’s a 1 hour flight and Alex invited Dale. Alex said the pilot was going to leave Dale because you can’t turn on/off a helicopter at that altitude so they were running out of fuel. Apparently the pilot was going to come back for Dale later but Alex convinced the pilot to wait.

Any one would be furious.....At such heights..... helicopter can't pause. There are also very short intervals between each trip. Weather is also to be looked into before every trip else u get stuck.
