I understand your speech at the end, I have spent a lot of money in manga in the last 2 years and I ended up selling many volumes because I started buying more than one volume of a series to "try it better". I believe that focusing on reading can help in deciding what to buy. There's no shaming in selling series that we didn't like

Arakawa Under the Bridge and Dorohedoro are both two of my favorite manga and anime of all time! I'm so happy Dorohedoro volume 23 finally came back in stock here in Canada recently too, Volumes 18-23 were the only ones I was still missing but I was holding off until 23 came back, so now I have the complete series and can read from the start until the end! :-) Also manga is way too expensive here. I know there's a conversion rate but most volumes other than viz are like $16.50-20 dollars Canadian here, and that's just for single volumes (not omnibuses which retail for way more of course). Viz volumes are like $13 now and I remember when I was younger they were like $7-9ish? Also someone probably already mentioned this but the dot on the bottom of your Saint Seiya manga is called a remainder mark (or something along those lines) it's basically overstock when a book or manga isn't selling well but they have a lot of copies. They put the sharpie mark on it so people can't sell it for full price anymore.

Nice haul!! The dot on the bottom of the manga is called a 'remainder mark', i'm pretty sure it's for when stock isn't selling so they get returned to the publisher and they have to mark them with the dot to signify that it's been on store shelves and was returned to them, so nothings necessarily wrong with them, they just had overstock that wasn't selling!! - I also got Saint Seiya Saintia Sho like 1-9 on a clearout sale with remainder marks as well! I heard it's a side series to Saint Seiya & it's kinda far down the chronological order list of when to read the different series so it might not be good if you know nothing about Saint Seiya

What i do is reading manga online (mostly completed series) and of i really love them i buy the physical copies. I made the mistake of buying mangas before reading the whole story and regreted it so i understand your feelings!!!

I relate on the binge reading I can’t remember anything after a little while, memory like a sieve 😂 banana fish is so good! I finished it and was instantly like I need a tattoo from this…I ended up with two 😂 I’m currently reading pun pun so the Dan da Dan weirdness isn’t shocking to me lol. I think that’s a good point about is it popular or do you actually want it, I read a lot online and I find that a good vetting system sometimes because if I end up liking it then I get physicals and if not then I haven’t gone through the hassle. Prices are so out of control now take me back to things are cheap and there is always stock days 😭

I’m planning to read pun pun over Christmas so we’ll see how that goes ahaha! So cool you got tatts of banana fish too! I wish I can read online like how I used to but for some reason I no longer have the appeal or want to go out my way to do so. I think it’s also I’ve just become more accustomed to having them physically and less harmful for my eyes. Maybe one day I’d find the fun again to read online as that would save me so much ahahah

@@Himeka_00 since getting an iPad I have found reading so much easier than when I had a laptop I read on in the past. I need to slow down on the manga buying and the manga tattoo buying 😂 I got six this month 🥴 there is something exciting about just picking something in the shop I will admit, that’s how I used to choose things back in the day. I would spend ages looking at stuff because Im from the countryside so it was exciting when I got to go to the nearest town, it’s easier to romanticise than just clicking add to basket too 😂

You won't be disappointed! I have read recently "Practiced Liar by Memayaki", it's a really fluffy filled BL and "On Doorstep by CTK" and that my friend is a really saucy yaoi (def worth the read)

I think the audio sounds great! What do you not like about it? The only thing I think that can be improved is increasing the gain on the mic. You may also want to check to see if echo(background) cancellation is on or off. When mine is on, it makes my mic sound super weird.

I honestly think JJK js worth the hype. At least I love it. I tried other hyped series like AOT and it just wasn't that good acording to me, but I can see why people like them. But JJK had blown me away and consumed me.
