It’s cut off in this clip, but my favorite part of the scene is how concerned Fern gets when Frieren tells her what she’s looking for. Fern has been rushing the whole journey, but when Frieren says she’s looking for the ring from Himmel, Fern says “ok, we are not leaving here until we find it.” She can tell just how much it must mean to Frieren, even if Frieren herself doesn’t know

But later on the mc does find love on another person just as how it is in real life. You can't force your ex to take you if the problem is you or that you ain't compatible
