yeah it's easy, you must know, SSRS then Deliver Report to specific audience. (configure Recipient's email in one Table) parameter may vary depend on Requirement, (weekly, Monthly) & finally Schedule the Report. i will cover it when i touch to SSRS. for time being please check, learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/subscriptions/data-driven-subscriptions?view=sql-server-ver16

Hi, yes, SSRS have separate installer, but it's still part of the SQL Server and you can use the SQL Server product key to install it. you can install SSRS on the same machine. www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=100122
