agar jio plan active hai to kisi aur wifi se bhi use kar sakte hain. Other third party apps mushkil hai install karna.

channels works over internet only if your internet plan finished you can not watch live channels but most of jio plans are unlimited for certain speed say 30Mbps or 100 Mbps etc.
