Hello!. Thanks for your detailed video on refilling the toner. I have a canon 925 model cartridge, and this cartridge doesnt have a hole on the side , So I filled the toner powder from between the thin long gap across the cartridge. and re assembled everything. But, the print I have been getting is faded in the middle of the page. What could be the problem? please advise. reassembly of the drum and magnetic roller would do the thing? The page is dark (not too dark. Below average dark) and too light in the middle.

You have done a good job of refilling. Clean the roller blade with wet cloth neatly and let it dry. Empty the waste ink bin as well. Things should be fine.

Ravi if you have not changed any other part of the cartridge and only replaced the ink of the toner (as if appears from your question) - It is your toner which is faulty. Toner is not of required grade quality. For every cartridge, different density toner is recommended for best results. For Canon 6030W - we recommend ProDot for best results and so far ProDot has never let us down. I would further recommend you to buy the toner from below links and take to the shop and get cartridge refilled in from of you. Toner powder is faulty. The number that u gave is not for your cartridge. I would recommend ordering from below links (set of 5 pcs) and fill urself as shown in video or u can take powder and drum to shop for service. 1. Developer roller Washer seems faulty. 2. If problem has started during monsoon only then your Toner may be damp. Replace with good quality toner. Do this in very less light. 3. Wiper blade is faulty. Usually it will turn yellow. It should be transparent white.

If everything was fine before and u just refilled the toner powder then: Most common causes: 1. Toner powder is not right 2. The White washer in the video that I showed at 8.30 min in video is missing from both or one side. You can get it from nearby shop.

One Shift yes I think powder is not right and since I am refilling first time so I forgot applying proper method I.E I forget to remove old ink present in ink tank and now I checked it again I found my wiper blade was completely damaged. Even I find some minor scratches on opc drum so should I change it too or clean it by applying some liquid?? as my printer as well as cartridge is just 4-5 months old.

I would recommend changing one thing at a time - else u will never figure out what is not working.

Yes, immediately take the cartridge out. Open it and again re-assemble it. Take a note of washers and any dust. Also, place springs as they were in original place.
