Thank you Sir but a correction: There are only 6 members of Viceroy executive council out of which 3 were to be Indians but a Commander in chief cannot be Indian. The council didn't consist of 8 members. It consisted of 6 members only. Earlier only 1 Indian could have been in the executive council of Viceroy as per the Indian council act 1909 but GOI act 1919 increased it from 1 to 3, keeping the viceroy's executive strength same i.e. 6 and not 8.
