Hey ,Do you still have the user manual ? You need to press a certain combination of two buttons to switch back which are mentioned in the user manual

@ R K May be game pad has some fault. just reset it and try again. in working condition of the game pad just put a needle on the backside hole of the redgear pro game pad, it will reset if same problem happens, then replace the game pad
