It is easier to love someone than like someone. That's the case here. It did cover the reason of their separation. Husband being too laid back and not taking things seriously. He arrived late, his watch wasn't working properly, he is not taking care of his health etc. As a person he is alright but when the other half is completely different than life becomes hell for both the partners. I think that was the reason for their separation. On the other hand if the wife was laid back as well, and didn't care that much then there wouldn't be any problem. They would have a happy life. Its high time Men should be changing with the time. Nowadays most of the Women are independent, career driven, having kids is a lot of responsibility. They need support from their husband emotionally and physically. This will help to run the household life smoothly.

I find the story refreshing and the very fact that we root for them to be together shows that we enjoyed their interaction a lot. It is a shame they can't be together anymore. It would be childish and boorish of me to advice, they could have been together when they as two adults have def. some reason to not reconcile and part. It gives a beautiful alternate to murky sticky divorce business but why ain't it possible for two adults to reconcile their past and move on. I would any day prefer a story that focuses on the alternate because all perceptions are real and need to be told Loved the short film as it celebrates human emotions which are never simple and untangled. We have seen painful separations..this is an attempt to show the other perspective (the not so common one whihc makes it an extraordinary relationship),,,so maybe not as loving as Anu or Dev, but if at all seapration in unavoidable, part on cordial terms. :)

The emptiness and pain that a divorce or separation creates, can never be filled. Life do not give such chances to everybody, the scenario here is rare. The irony is, that in real life understanding & Realizations comes after the aftermath, but by then its too late….! This short film gave me smile and pain both at the same time. If man and women just play their roles as compassionate lovers the divorces will never cross their paths. Divorce become inevitable for couples who just love to play each other’s mummy or daddy. Very nicely enacted in this drama, finding wife for ex, proposing an invalidated exercise for diabetes, telling lies when reaching late at appointment, already ordered his coffee and biscuits no need to think if he may like to have something different today. Well done directors, good lesson for couples who enjoy calling each other mummy and daddy than their sweet names when talking with each other. They can see their future DIVORCE followed by pain.

Read few comments about divorce reasons..the film as far as i understood, is about happy separation irrespctive of the reasons.. Its a short film and it made me think and visualize their past and the future..I had one version..my friend who watched it too had her own veriosns of the story. Perfectly shot..this makes us think. With due respect to all the comments here, I personally feel that the strongest bond in the world which runs parallel with the bond that a mother shares with her child is the bond between a husband & wife. They know eachother's souls in & out. & Hence such decisions can be taken at any point of their lives. & When this happens the way it's been shown in this story, the relationship of friendship gets re-established in all together a different form.
