S/L me LSS fails to authorities in automatic section and speed?

1. If only LSS failed in Automatic S/L, but Direction of Traffic can be established, Then only T/369(3b) Speed 10 KMPH upto next Automatic stop Signal. 2. First thing Direction of Traffic is applicable for automatic S/L area only. If unable to establish Direction of Traffic, Automatic working is to be cancelled & we have to give T/D 912 & only one train in B.S. Speed of 1st train 25/10 KMPH & Subsequent trains normal Speed. 3rd point All this we must consult & inform to SCOR Directly no need to speak to Sr DOM.

Actually as per my knowledge also it should be 15/10 KMPH, But in the new Authority of T/C 912 Railway Board has printed 25/10 KMPH. I have to confirm from someone whether it is by mistake or we should follow 25/10 KMPH
