Pakistan's Hindu population was 12% at independence and is 2% now. In the 70's, Pakistan killed 2 million+ of it's Hindu civilians in a genocide. Hindus continue to be forcibly converted and persecuted today under Pakistan's Islamic laws. Most of the country's temples have been demolished, converted into mosques or trash dumps. Recently a proposed law to prevent forced conversion was met with violence in Pakistan. Pakistan has for decades sponsored terrorism that's led to the deaths of tens of thousands of Indians (including Muslims btw), in addition to provoking 3 wars.
