if 2 hindus are married u/special marriage act and they dont get also married by the hindu procedure of saptapadi or kanyadaan then only the SPA will apply for i think property disputes etc. divorce rules too will be not of HMA

i guess hes made a mistake here - as i read it - appeal should be filed at the earliest ( meaning what - not stated clearly) and the courts should dispose off the matter within 3 months. he seems to have erred in saying that the appeal has to be filed in 3 months - NO- not if i have got it right
