Sorry I don't have time to read. Life is too busy. But I do have time to listen. If you can't narrate the videos, you are missing a lot of views and many like me will miss potentially important pointers.
The best info my teacher ever told me was meditation is effortless. Every time I find myself trying I remember this and surrender cause I sink deeper when I give up my will

What happens in meditation , what does a human see once they have entered the state of being inside meditation?, one does not know what to expect I think that’s why people give up because they don’t know what they are searching for or for what outcome

Meditation brings you nearer to the the truth than anything else - Swami Vivekananda Self-Realization of your True nature which is neither body nor mind is possible with Meditation. Why is there so many names to the practices, I feel overwhelmed with the amount of things to learn, I’m a working mom of three and I have two dogs, can you please tell me exactly what I need to start of with to get me started on the right path, there’s so many things to learn I don’t know where to start or what’s the most important, sometimes I just feel like giving up on the path.

If it's possible for you to learn meditation directly from any spiritual institution, then I would advise to do that instead of learning it by yourself online. You can check the Ramakrishna mission and Vipassana centers near you - belurmath.org/branch-centres/ www.dhamma.org/en-US/locations/directory If it's not possible to locate any center nearby, then you can go through the below videos which I normally suggest to others. Choose anyone of the method and do not change it in future. Meditation for Beginners by Pravrajika Divyanandaprana-5 Minutes Guided Meditation 4 Daily Practice - kzbin.info/www/bejne/oojdg5qan7tlo7M Simple Meditation Methods for Students and Professionals || Swami Vivekananda Meditation Techniques - kzbin.info/www/bejne/baGvaaSlr86hqrM 1 Hour Guided Meditation for Daily Practice || Meditation on Holy Trio - kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGGcnpqdoqarp9U Daily Routine: 1. Practice Pranayama for 5-10 mins at the dawn 2. Practice Meditation 15-20 mins. If possible, repeat the same steps at dusk. Steps to practice simple Pranayama for Meditation and Mind Control: 1. Sit in a comfortable position with your legs crossed. 2. Place your left hand on your left knee. 3. Lift your right hand up towards your nose with Chin Mudra. 4. Exhale completely first and then use your right thumb to close your right nostril. 5. Inhale through your left nostril and then close the left nostril with your fingers. 6. Open the right nostril and exhale through this side. 7. Inhale through the right nostril and then close this nostril. 8. Open the left nostril and exhale through the left side. 9. This is one cycle. Continue for up to 5 minutes or more. Always complete the practice by finishing with an exhale on the left side.

Hmmm, difference with the pianist is that you were not born a pianist, that is why you should try hard and cultivate it. On the contrary, we were born from God. It takes unlearning, whereas piano takes learning.
