Can we fix it in granite? And can we place the cylinder pipe in any direction or only to left?

Yes, we can fix it with any type of marble grenite or wooden counter also. And the pipe directions also we set at the time of installation.

In the left side big burner when we are onning the big flame is coming but when we are slowing only small burner which is there inside is only coming is this correct for everyone ?

This is only for this one, it has 3 rings When we keep it at slowest It burns only the interior small ring, outer ring will be closed but if we keep in middle speed all three ring will burn but with medium speed

If in case while boiling milk it overflows so it is accumulated under the stove or what? N can we lift the stove and clean it like any other cook tops?

We can lift the stove like normal one ... but it's bit heavier than normal one need two people for it

Hi, your chimney is 60 cm and hob is 76 cm. Are u facing any issue like accumulation of oil in the kitchen.

Hi For normal usage there is no issue , but when we fry in corner burner the fumes goes little out of the chimney. As we keep chimney on for some time after frying so it goes away, oil does not accumulate. I can surely say it would be better if i wud have used same size chimney.

Hi Shabbir ji, This is really awesome in 26k specially all the burners has FFD (Fire flame detection sensors which I tested in Video too😃... the similar model I also like from Elica but the cost was 37-38k and got good discount from himdware..so went for the hindware It's been almost 6month using it, working perfect...

Hi, I am using the same product from 2 months. I personally didn't liked the product. Looks wise it is good. But the food burns very much fast even before cooking 🙁

Hi Vijay, That means the flame is very high, the possible reason may be the the outlet gas pressure is much higher. Are you using pipe connection or cylinder? In my case it was opposite, whole family was laughing at me it was burning so low😅😅 i have pipe connection, the gas pressure was low compared to cylinder so the hindware guy adjusted it as per our requirement at the time of installation itself. In your case also that must be adjusted. Plz call hindware guys. Suspected issue as per my experience: 1- gas pin hole are much bigger 2- the knob its-self may have issue, its may be not able to slow down the gas output upto the extent needed 3- there might be the gas pressure from the source is much higher, for which pin hole need to be calibrated

Better to buy simple gas stoves, the flame is very low even on big burner not suitable for Indian cooking

You have to calibrate the input valve holes as per your requirement, its low by default. For me also it was low, the hindware calibrated it. Now the flame is very high .

hmm, you had a bad experience. It might depends on location wise, would suggest call hindware cust care and provide your feedback to them. For me as of now there no issue neither in the product nor in hindware service.
