One thing I want to clear that, Turks think only Muslim support khilafat movement which is totally wrong and meaning less because not only Muslim (they thought only Muslim in Pakistan) but also members of Congress party(on that period) and non Muslim support khilafat movement. But today Turkey forget all these thing because of Pakistan influence(radical theory).

It backfired badly with the massacre of Hindus in Kerala's Malabar (who refused to support the Khilafat movement for obvious reasons) as well as the rise of Muslim league and Jinnah in the coming years.

@@zeeshanakhtar770 Indus Valley Civilization and Mahajanapadas were Indians. Mughal is the Persian Word for Mongols. And Mughals are a branch of the Timurid Empire which was a Mongol Empire heavily influenced by Turkic and Persian Cultures. Mughals were definitely not Indians and they were also defeated by the Marathas in the 18th century. Also they didn't rule over South India and even NE India. So they were neither invincible nor they ruled entire India. In South India, Marathas stopped their advance and in NE India, Ahoms stopped their advance. Also Mughal Empire was from 1526 - 1540 & 1556 - 1707 after which they existed only for name sake under Marathas and later British until 1857. But they lost effective power in 1707 itself.
