Yes, you can go "1 and 2 and 3 and four, five, six, seven, eight", because you use the "ands" in between when you have a move that goes between the counts.

She's not a bad teacher. The only thing I have a comment on is that she should have broken the last move down. And I like how she taught each move slowly, but she should have showed each move in real time too , so we would know how fast to dance it before the "big finale"
