Pro tip from the time when these moves first came out. I learned them in 85. Do the movement part with your head first then when you get the most out of that move down and add the body. These two moves were more shoulders, arms and above movements at first. Reebok has a very distinctive hand movement with it also. Gotta get the rolling movment from the top and down. Loosen it up Jardy!❤
