HIP-HOP JATRA is a series of events moving from one - to another culturally
historic location. There are seven planned episodes of this event
happening in various cultural sites. This is the second event held on Patan durbar square,
A free event of this kind is very
rare in Nepal.
Main activities:
Playing music, Reciting poetry, Art exhibition, Music launch,
Documentary making, Cleaning, awareness campaign, charity, and many more.
HIP-HOP JATRA is a unique event based on the culture of
literature, expression of poetry and music, arts and crafts . that is
what makes it a unique event in Nepal. HIP-HOP JATRA is a first-ever street hip-hop event of this kind in Nepal.
The event is just open to everyone interested.
Hip-Hop JATRA represents the ongoing street culture of Nepal.
Hip-hop music of Nepal directly from the core of the mystical
streets and villages of Nepal. The general public traveling around
the venue is free to witness the underground artists and various
rising stars of Nepal
